Learn the tricks of the trade from the Langham’s very own professional chefs in a state-of-the-art dream kitchen and enjoy the rewards in a family style meal with your teacher. Sauce classes are the perfect way to bond with friends and colleagues and is a great team building opportunity. Sauce is available for individual classes of 12 and up to 24 for group classes or demonstrations with dining spaces in The Pantry dining room or The Conservatory for larger gatherings.
