Sauce classes are the perfect way to bond with friends and colleagues and is a great team building opportunity. Sauce is available for individual classes of 12 and up to 24 for group classes or demonstrations with dining spaces in The Pantry dining room or The Conservatory for larger gatherings.

Private Dining ‘Private Dining by Roux’ offers a unique dining concept incorporating the Michel Roux Jr. hallmarks of classic French cuisine interpreted with a modern twist and combined with personal service.
