Europe’s First Grand Hotel

Established in 1865 as Europe’s first ‘Grand Hotel’, The Langham was opened by HRH Prince of Wales. A grade II listed building, the hotel features 19th century architecture and details. Our Commitment to Sustainable Hospitality At The Langham, London we pride ourselves on our sustainability commitments, and it is our mission to deliver a five star luxury experience

whilst making conscious choices to minimise our carbon footprint.

We use seasonal produce with many of our ingredients locally

sourced and we only use sustainable seafood. Our hotel strives to be 100% single-use plastic free and 75% of our paper products are eco-labelled. Additionally, we are the only hotel in Europe with the Orca Food Waste Management Programme, a revolutionary system that can turn food waste into safe water every 24 hours.

Rewards at The Langham

Our rewards program, Brilliant, offers company-wide membership, which can be accessed through online enrollment or by special invitation from our sales team. As a member, you’ll earn 15 points for every $5 spent on qualifying events and related charges. To start earning, simply provide your Brilliant membership details when submitting your event request (RFP). Once enrolled, you’ll begin earning points with each eligible booking. Please note, a 2% loyalty fee applies to the total qualifying event charges, which covers the cost of awarding points. This fee applies to catering events, Groups & Events, and group bookings, with a maximum charge of $50,000. As a Brilliant member, you’ll earn both award points and status points for your events.
