Learn essential searing techniques and discover how to create amazing sauces that can take your steak to the next level. What’s more, guests will enjoy an expertly crafted cocktail courtesy of our award-winning Artesian bar team. Embark on a journey to master the art of pasta making from scratch. In this highly sought-after pasta class, you’ll learn all the techniques for prepping, rolling, and filling various pasta shapes. Additionally, you will discover the art of preparing a range of delectable, yet straightforward sauces that perfectly complement your homemade pasta creations. During Sauce’s half day bread class, you will learn the fundamentals of bread making, mastering a classic range of techniques. From a basic country loaf and enriched doughs to heritage grains and pre-fermentation. From Milk Buns, Focaccia, Soda Bread and a Rustic Country Loaf, participants will try their hand at a selection of different bakes. This half-day class will walk participants through the creation of four classic puddings, that will vary throughout the seasons. From creating the perfect shortcrust pastry from scratch, to mastering the art of the chocolate fondant and its sought after oozing centre, and much in between, the Sauce team will show you how to execute these faultlessly time and time again.
