Sauce by The Langham stands proud as the first cookery school situated within a central London luxury hotel. The Langham chefs and I carefully developed a series of classes that focus on a variety of invaluable kitchen skills that can be enjoyed by inexperienced chefs and accomplished cooks alike. Our range of full day and half day classes each take inspiration from my family’s culinary archives and strike the perfect balance between education and fun.
