We have qualified first aid colleagues available 24/7, equipped with basic first aid supplies and Automatic Defibrillators. In case of a medical emergency or accident, please dial 666, press the EMERGENCY button on your in-room phone, or notify a hotel colleague, and a first aider will respond promptly. For more serious conditions or incidents, University College London Hospital’s Accident and Emergency Unit is nearby. Additionally, the hotel can assist in scheduling appointments with medical practitioners or arrange for a doctor to visit you onsite through our Langham Service.
