Designed to address deep-seated discomfort, by seamlessly integrating active stretching and advanced massage techniques. Including targeted deep work employing elbows and forearms, we effectively alleviate even the most entrenched stiffness. Focused on your back, neck, and shoulders, this treatment liberates your body, promoting enhanced mobility and a profound sense of relaxation.

Urban Detox Massage (75 minutes) - £210 3 x 75 minute treatments - £590 Indulge in the serenity of a gentle pressure massage, which employs gentle drainage techniques to awaken and invigorate the lymphatic system. Course of three recommended over three weeks.

Reflexology Massage (60 minutes) - £190 Reflexology massage holistically restores balance to the body. This is achieved by massaging and applying pressure to certain points of the lower legs and feet to stimulate body’s meridians and allow blocked energy to flow.

Please note that for in-room massages, a 30% surcharge will be added to the standard price of the treatment.
