The spa’s signature Chuan treatments draw on the ancient healing philosophy of Wu Xing, or the Five Elements — Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, and Water. Each treatment is designed to restore equilibrium through a thoughtful blend of time-honoured principles and modern wellness techniques. Alongside these signature offerings, Chuan partners with exceptional brands to enhance every journey. HydraFacial delivers a patented, non-invasive treatment that cleanses, exfoliates, extracts, and hydrates in a single session. Suitable for all skin types and ages, it offers instant, visible results for concerns ranging from fine lines and wrinkles to acne and sun damage, all with minimal downtime. Guests may also experience treatments with Rhug Wild Beauty, an award-winning selection of treatments and products founded by Lord Newborough. Crafted from organic, hand-foraged botanicals gathered from the historic Rhug Estate in North Wales, the products pair natural potency with advanced science to achieve clinically proven results that nurture and transform the skin. In addition, Chuan collaborates with Effect Doctors, renowned for their tailored IV drips that support immunity, boost energy, aid detoxification, and promote recovery. Unwind in the luxurious surroundings after a vigorous workout, or join us during dedicated family swim times between 8am-12pm and 4pm-6pm daily. Gymnasium The gymnasium is equipped with the state of the art ARTIS range designed by the renowned Italian brand, Technogym. This range is ergonomically and biomechanically designed to the highest standards and is the first range created to be integrated in the My Wellness cloud-based platform giving you the ultimate interactive experience. Complementing the range, a wide selection of equipment to focus on cardio, including two Peloton bicycles, strength and resistance training is also available, as well as a free weight section and a stretching area. Personal Training Personal training sessions can be arranged upon request. Your personal trainer will conduct a thorough assessment of your health, lifestyle and personal training goals to design a programme perfectly tailored to your objectives and requirements. Programmes can include working on cardio, strength and flexibility as well as improving nutrition and wellbeing. Whether you want to improve your fitness, lose weight or add some variation to your workout routine, our skilled trainers will be on hand to help you achieve your goals.
